We appreciate you trusting us with your short term roll-off dumpster needs. Our goal is to ensure that you have painless experience during the entirety of the dumpster rental process. All of our rentals are based on upfront flat rate pricing. Our flat rate pricing includes a designated time frame of 7 days, and also includes up to 4000 pounds of weight. Dumpsters containing more than 4000 pounds of waste will be charged the local landfill rate of $40 to $55 per ton depending on what area you are located in. Any mattresses placed in your dumpster are subject to $20 charge per mattress and per box spring. Likewise, any tire placed in your dumpster is subject to a $10 charge extra per tire.
SAFETY: Safety is our number one concern. Do not let children climb on or around dumpsters. For the safety of others on the road, do not overfill dumpsters above the top of the rim as overfilling can lead to hazards during the hauling process. We will not allow material to hang over the sides. of the dumpster. RENTAL TIME: We are your go to short term roll-off dumpster provider. Our standard rental period is a 7 day rental including weekends. Please call for pricing on rental periods shorter or longer than our standard 7 day rental. Your dumpster will be scheduled for automatic pickup in the 7 day time period. If you see that you will need your dumpster longer, please let us know within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup day. DELIVERY AND PICKUP: When we deliver your dumpster, please choose a safe and designated area for your dumpster. All dumpsters must be placed on solid ground in or near a driveway. Our drivers are trained on setting dumpsters safely and professionally. Please make sure there is nothing blocking the dumpster on the day of pickup. When we come out to pick up your rented dumpster, if we are unable to remove the dumpster due to something blocking it, such as a vehicle, there will be a service charge of $50 added to your bill.
